Better yet, use a lacrosse ball that actually breaks.

Castor not firm enough, too soft. Use a tennis ball for accurate results. Better yet, use a lacrosse ball that really takes the pressure off your leg. I was disappointed because I was hoping that because the leg roll was long compared to the ball, the leg roll would work better.
