Like a real pillow but not a cooler bag
I'm used to soft cotton that feels good. The cooling cap should feel smooth and synthetic. i love pillows I just took it out of its cooler bag and put it in a regular zipped case. I love a real pillow. I put 5 anyway as this is an issue with the cover not the pillow.
