I am very happy with this bag. I wanted something durable and genuine leather with a flexible/sloppy feel. Other bags were too big for my 13 inch laptop but this one is perfect. I like the size and the details. Update: As another reviewer said, my ivory winter coat is fading in color. Washes off but uncomfortable. I wear it every day and wonder when it will stop wearing out.
