I like how easy it was for me as my admin personel member with no tech skills at all (I'm just good in keeping things organized).
It's very user friendly which makes customer service easier when they call up about their issues/queries etc., The only thing i dislike so far has been lack off support from loop team during peak hours due too high demand but this will improve once we get more resources dedicated towards supporting customers who are having problems using Loops services! Nothing much yet except some minor glitches here n there regarding calls not being connected properly sometimes & also getting disconnected while calling out clients' numbers via mobile app if you don't have access internet connection available - these two can be solved by increasing bandwidth limit though its still under trial phase now hence cannot say anything concrete abt them right know.
