I was attracted to the beautiful style of these Christmas tree candles and was looking forward to them at my home Christmas party. The candles arrived slower than I had hoped but on time when I needed them BUT after carefully opening the very well packed box one candle just didn't work. 2 workers left. I contacted the seller and they told me that the replacement candles should be sent to me, the rest should not be returned. Okay sounds great but the party has come and gone like Christmas and they received them 2 days after Christmas for an order originally placed in mid-December. The first two's timers never really worked, and now they're as weak as can be. Having said all that I will say that they are nice to look at and appear to be well made but as far as the working part goes they are not up to scratch. Substitutes seem to work well but this is the first time that they have been used, so I reserve the right to judge them. I didn't like that it took so long to ship or replace and although the seller replaced the original batch I felt it was taking too long to try and fix the issue.
