I like that it's easy enough if you're just starting out but can also be used more seriously when your business needs are bigger than what their basic platform offers - which would otherwise cost thousands or even tens/hundreds thousand dollars per month! It does have some glitches here an there so sometimes things don't work how they should; however this isn't always user error at fault rather underlying infrastructure issues such as server load etc.. Their support team do respond very quickly though after reporting any problems through tickets / emails & chat we've been able fix many within minutes without having further escalation required. We use JDocs primarily because our clients want all applicants submitted via one system instead using multiple different systems each time someone submits information about themselves online.
