Quality is missing, customer care is missing!

Beautiful table. It is fairly easy to assemble, but the socket nuts in the wood are of poor quality. I have booked two tables. Each table had an insert nut with bad or damaged threads, making final assembly impossible. The seller did not respond to two requests for replacement nuts. I will make them myself. Disappointing service.
