As I work for a flooring company I was curious to see if this product would leave a residue on polished (shiny) porcelain stoneware tiles. As many homeowners buy polished porcelain tile (very slippery when wet) this would be ideal for wet areas such as laundries/showers/entryways/porches/or in front of the kitchen sink. mount, peel off and sticky tape with approx. thickness 2mm. I placed a piece on the concrete floor of my shop with an estimated traffic of 50-60 people a day, spilled water on it and physically tried to move or remove it with my boot. Didn't move at all. Very durable and feels like sandpaper. I have also tested the product on: parquet floors, glossy (piano lacquer) laminate, laminate, textured porcelain stoneware tiles, glossy porcelain stoneware tiles, glued vinyl panels and luxury vinyl. plank (lock and drop) and a 24-ounce piece of polyester rug. The tape left NO marks or marks on any of these floors. Very impressed that the carpet fibers stayed intact after I removed the tape. I moved a few pieces from tile to tile and the tape not only didn't leave a mark, it stayed in place in the new spots and as I said that's a great result. a solution for commercial or residential applications, the fact that even a 5 year old can apply the tape and the fact that the tape leaves no residue makes me order multiple rolls to sell to my customers.
