I had to modify it a little after I got it as the top left strap extends a good 1/8 inch past the charging port. I very carefully cut off enough of the strap with my precision knife to allow the charger to be inserted. Your ad says it fits the Nook 7" tablet, but the camera hole covers about a quarter of the frame if you plan to use it to take pictures. You should probably have the ad for the Nook 7" because of these things rethink. I've only had trouble finding a cover that would be positioned the same way as this one, so I'll take it in stride and adapt as best I can.
