The left side of the clamp is long and easy to clamp. The center fits perfectly in the hole

The idea is to cover the sensor with one that always says: OK, I'm 2.0. I mounted the clip on Monday and was unable to mount it properly from the start. The left side of the clamp is long and easy to clamp. The center fits well in the hole, the right side is too short to fasten. It's shorter than the wall on this side, so it sticks out a bit. If it were a quarter inch longer it would click with no problem. Maybe the Keuriq sold by Costco is different, but there's no way to make it click. This means that every time you close the top, the right side flap buckles. This can take forever, but if you have to remove the clip, it will eventually break. Are you asking why you took it off? Because when it is activated, Caraf does not work. Using a Keuriq decanter will affect your work. So after 3 days I have a clamp that I can't remove because the right side bulges and every time you lean back the loop on the clamp comes loose. . I mean the loop created by bending back and forth because the right side is too short to snap into place. So $12 for the ability to make cups of coffee but no carafe and it will eventually break. Poor fit in my opinion, I would try another one bearing in mind that if you are using a carafe you will want one that can be easily removed and replaced. I blame Keurick. If I had known the 2.0 was such a crappy idea I would never have bought one again. This is my last Keuriq and it won't be my last video. Another comment, they call it the freedom clip. They talk about how their company wants everyone to have a choice, and they charge $12 for a piece of plastic that costs 2 cents and doesn't fit.
