The shoulder straps are terrible!
While I like the look of this bag, I can't see the straps at all. One seems longer than the other so there's only one strap left on the shoulder and that's so annoying. I got it to use for quick trips where I didn't want to lug around my big, heavy bag all day. I've worn it 3 times already and it hurts so much in @#$ that I can't carry it on my shoulder. I'm keeping it but not happy with it.
