buyers beware! I am in the process of returning this item. I've always used cosmetic brand eyelash curlers and this was my first time going to a brand with no name. I tested it first by squeezing it in my hand several times. When I started using it on clean and dry lashes, it stuck to my lashes and almost ripped them out. I couldn't open it safely for a good 10-15 seconds. I actually let go of it and it hung locked on my eyelid. Luckily I stayed calm and was able to open it slowly. The funny thing is that after all of this, my lashes never curled! This is an awful product. It is cheaply made and not safe to use. UPDATE: The seller responded to me immediately and issued a refund from her stating that the item I received must be defective. I appreciate not having to do a return/refund through Revain.
