Review on πŸ’Ό Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad 5: Sleek and Stylish Carbon Black Edition by Joshua Mccall

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good protection with a stable base - but do not remove once installed

high stability when used on uneven surfaces. The full-size keyboard is conveniently laid out, and the raised keys make it easy to find letters without having to look at the keyboard as you type. However, the Bluetooth keyboard is prone to lag, sometimes a lot. I type and then look up and see that some letters are missing. This is particularly annoying with passwords, as it's hard to see what's been entered. Unlike the last two Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folios I've used, this one doesn't turn off the iPad when it's closed. Yes, this is the third Logitech Folio I have purchased for my iPad Air. The first two broke when, like so many others, the top left tab that secures the iPad detached when I took the iPad out of its case - ONCE. So why buy a third one? Because the case is incredibly stable on uneven surfaces, which is how I use it most of the time. It's definitely not perfect, but it works for me - as long as I remember to check what I'm typing, manually turn off my iPad before closing the case, and most importantly, never remove the iPad from the case once it's in is torn. Place. I bought my last two used folios for less than $20, and aside from the comments above, they worked quite well - until I took my tablet out of the case. Beware of sellers advertising used tomes with a broken top left tab. At least one seller advertises that the case still works perfectly. Unfortunately, this is simply not true. The top left tab is critical for attaching the iPad to the case and I can tell you from experience that it does NOT hold your iPad in place. The moment you move the case, your iPad slips out of the other remaining flap and falls to the floor.
