I think ordering a large piece of furniture is risky. The crate is very heavy, so you're pretty much dependent on the delivery man not pushing it out of the back of the truck and risking a broken part. what happened to us Without blaming the courier - it could have been a packaging error - but when it got to us several parts inside were broken, scratched or chipped off. Revain responded quickly to my complaint! It was removed and a new one brought a few days later. All pieces were perfect. As we began to assemble it, we realized we were missing a detail. This time I had to contact the manufacturer and wait about a week for the item to be sent to us. But lo and behold, it's put together and it looks really nice. My suggestion would be to pack this heavy item in at least 2 boxes.
