Review on πŸͺ‘ Black Round Leatherette Storage Ottoman with Lid for Living Room Chair - Pawnova by Bob Jensen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to assemble, medium size, excellent back support.

We used to have a very large plush rocking chair. It's not - it's smaller, tougher, no rocker. On the other hand, this old lady had back pain and took up a lot of space, but not this one. Pros: + Literally unboxed and assembled in less than 20 minutes. Most of it was unpacking and unpacking. Only 5 parts need to be connected together and two cables need to be connected. + When tipping, it slides forward, so there is not much space to be left behind. + Sturdy enough and great lumbar support if you're just pushing your butt back. I can walk for hours without pain. + It was half the price of the stuff I could buy from Jerome, but more comfortable (if you want stiffness) and more compact. Cons: - The massage control cable is not long enough. It seems to be an endemic problem with all chairs like this one. The plug is on the left, the pocket on the right, and the remote barely reaches the pocket. Will it kill you if you make it a foot longer? I don't mind you could: *It's not a seesaw* There's no auto tilt or recline, but it's very easy to fold back and reset. * I find a single point lumbar massage soothing, but some people think it's not enough. This is not a therapeutic massage chair. Overall for the price I'm very happy with it as a replacement for my old chair. The only question will be how long it will take for the massage motors to fail and how long for the rebase mechanism to fail as these are common problems with these chairs.
