Trouble in Paradise

I am writing this review on a keyboard and will not fix any errors that I do not make myself. Why? Because it's a great keyboard spoiled by premature failure. , well, because this keyboard has a lot going for it: excellent battery life, short keyswitches that are unique in the industry, a sophisticated industrial style that suits almost any modern desk, and what could very well be the first consumer wireless mechanical keyboard . I bought mine on sale and was dying to throw it on my table. The Dual Wireless Radio/2.4 USB is also a great feature that allows me to use it on my phone too! I also really like the short key travel, even if it takes some getting used to to really get the most out of it. I really, really wanted to like these switches with keys. The bad thing, you've probably already noticed: THE SWITCH. BANG. I don't know if there's dirt on the contacts, premature wear or what's going on here. But now for a few keys, the keyboard usually doubles the letters as I type them. The more I use the keyboard, the worse it gets. in this session. This happens whether I press the keys or not, I haven't even had this keyboard a full year and it hasn't even been my daily driver for less than a year. My recommendation is to wait until someone comes out with a wireless mechanical keyboard that uses real Cherry or similar key switches, or see if I have an isolated case of a premature failure, and if I'm not the only one with this issue, discard Sorry, please, crappy Romer-G short-stroke switches.
