The chair was easy to assemble. I didn't even bother to bring my tools. The ones provided were sufficient. Overall the chair seems to work well for my wife. An early Christmas present for her new bedroom office pop-up. I chose this chair for her because of the folding feature. It folds easily and fits perfectly under the table. She said the pillow could be better but overall it's ok. My only concern is that a screw on the right side was a bit loose. This allowed the back to slip out of the locked position when reclined. It was easy to tighten and was like new.
