I'm 5'6" and about 125lbs, and got a large. Fit was perfect and baggy. Even with all the problems, I would recommend these. I got a few different pj pants from Ebay, trying to find the comfiest ones. These were the best! They're awful quality and you have to triple knot the drawstring ends to keep it from pulling out in the wash-- but they look just like the pictures, they don't hurt my hips to sleep on and they're long enough for my very long legs. I'm not tall, I just have a lot of leg. I'd say these are tall girl friendly. The seams on the bottom only lasted a few washes.
