Not dirty and the result after a few uses. Her first use was noticeable by the amount of dirt removed and my skin didn't feel tingly like a cheese grater had hit it. I would recommend it especially for bottle/glass sized trips. The price is reasonable for the quality and you get your money's worth. You don't have to use it a lot or often to feel the difference. The peeling particles appear more rounded than the edges. When I get it back it will be the size of the street set.
