I'm someone who needs white noise to fall asleep - don't confuse me with annoying noises from my neighborhood. I need something calming and continuous. So when I heard about Hoomband I was curious to know more about it. At first I was concerned about how comfortable it would be to wear the bracelet on my head. But to my surprise it fits very well and sometimes I hardly wear it. I've been using Hoom for a few weeks and have found it relieves stress after a long day at work. and makes me fall asleep faster. In the morning I feel rested and ready for the next day. I am definitely thinking of buying another one as a gift this Christmas!
