The most helpful feature is being able to see callers who have been deleted without knowing it; this allows us to keep track of customers we've lost contact with but still want to retain their information.
It would be great if they had an option for more than just "Calls" as I'd like some additional reporting options (e.g., contacts). If your organization uses sales force tools extensively then having Ring True's software integrated into those systems makes sense - otherwise there are other products out there which provide similar benefits at lower cost/effort. We use rings true primarily because our phone system requires unique dialing rules so using something different can add unnecessary complexity.
