I liked this tripod and its design; However, the nut is missing the first time. According to the instructions there are 2 screws included. Because of this missing nut I can't use the bolt to mount the panhead. So I sent it back for a full replacement. And the replacement is missing a cell phone holder so I bought this tripod to shoot with my cell phone! I have contacted Revain for another replacement but they are unable to do this. They said they could help me with a refund if I send it back. This tripod has increased in price since I bought it. So terrible. Please make sure you pack all the items in the parcel with no missing parts. The second replacement also didn't come with 2 nuts in the box, but I noticed that the part I was missing the nut on had the nut already in place. 1 nut. If you lose your mother in the future, you may need to have her replaced at Homedepot.
