Great solution for container and app lifecycle management
The ability to make changes after initial deployment without needing redeployment of containers or applications was very helpful with our implementation which included many different environments/configurations - both internal an external! For example we had one set up where all employees could login through their own domain accounts (for authentication purposes) but then there were also sets that used other logins from 3rd parties like Salesforce etc., so this allowed us flexibility across those 2 areas as well allowing them some level separation when they needed it.- not muchI would say you should try out any product before purchasing if possible- otherwise its expensive & risky at best!! We ran into issues within hours once using Docker Swarm mode compared against traditional VM deployments however I'm sure these are solvable now since docker has become more popular than ever!
- I feel it was great for deployment of all sorts of applications or containers (in our case it was mostly containers)
- It allowed us to have our own control over deploying our containers across a variety of environments
- I dislike how long it took to deploy, it took many hours to complete when compared to traditional deployments
