The best thing about ticket leap was that it gives me access into my clients' accounts for their tickets, but I think this also makes my job easier since all of our issues are organized within one place which helps us be more efficient while solving problems together! It can get overwhelming at times when there's too many notifications going off or having trouble figuring out where things went wrong so sometimes we're not sure if someone actually attended an event because they didn't see any notification pop up after attending something.
We use ticket leaps to have better communication between each other regarding events as well as creating partnerships outside of work hours without leaving home (which has been very beneficial).
