Ordered a replacement fan for PS4, not for PS4 Pro but got one for the Pro series. I kept it because the order also included the tools and radiator paste needed to disassemble the system. I ended up just cleaning the existing system and fan. I added fresh heatsink paste to the existing fan and the system now runs like a champ. So in the end I'm happy and just keep or sell the fan.
