It's a cotton top and tutu bottom in a peaceful dress. The price is a bit high but you pay for Elsa's style. 4 year old loves it!

- I received my 2 1/2 year old size 3t and it was perfect. Super comfortable
Cons
- Some kids may find the dress uncomfortable due to the density of the tutu material.
