Perfect for the gym UPDATE
I originally gave a great review but a few months later the lid doesn't stay closed but pops open allowing the contents to always fall out of the container is dropped. It also affects the freshness of the contents, which are almost always made up of water and electrolyte. I gave up jugs and now use commercial bottled electrolyte drinks.
