Cotton Pillow Case Only

I bought this pillow thinking the pillow was 100% cotton but the pillow is 'microfiber'(?) and the filling is alternatively down. I'm not sure what they really mean, but I assume they're synthetic. Anyway, I like the flatness of the pillow and my 2 year old found it comfortable. The pillow and cover are very soft.
