Review on ๐Ÿพ PawZ Dog Boots - Rubber Booties for Dogs, Waterproof Snow Shoes with Paw Protection - Pack of 12 Dog Shoes by Lexi Hernandez

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Packages already opened and sealed with tape

I have to say they work in emergencies until you get to your pet store and buy better ones. I ordered an XL for my Golden Pup to make it easier to put on and take off their boots for short trips outside of my apartment to use the bathroom because they have a zero freeze policy and really salt everything. The package arrived on time, the goods have already been opened and simply sealed with tape. I only opened one of the two newly taped packages and it didn't contain a boot. So instead of 12 shoes I got 11. I didn't even bother to open the other package. There may also be missing parts. But for the price and the time I don't have to take long walks and take my dog to the bathroom, they work well. I can stretch them out and place them on my dog's paws with ease, pull them out and pull them back out with no problem. They appear to be larger than the XL that you also get in stores, or maybe just more flexible. I haven't made a comparison yet. I will update this if and when I do. I use big Pawz boots for my golden feet on long walks. These XL camouflage boots also come off my dog's paws easier than the store-bought green XL boots, but they're fine unless you're going for long walks. You can fly away. I wanted to put something on, stay long enough to go to the bathroom, and come back. The smaller the Pawz boots recommended for their size, the more trouble I have putting them on and off, leaving your furry friend frustrated as she hates putting on boots at all. Especially with long hair and dewclaws. They protect my dog's paw pads from the salt marshes outside my home which is great. I'm just sorry I didn't receive 2 packs of XL Pawz from seemingly possible used returns with items missing. On the page of other Pawz boot buyers. If you walk your dog in your boots, please take them off when you come back. I've heard horror stories of people leaving their boots on their dogs all day and their paws getting swollen and sore. It should be like shoes, you put them on and go for a walk and when you come back take them off. That's why I buy one size bigger. To make it easier when I want to get in and out quickly without having to struggle to fit my paws perfectly in the boot. Yes she has a bit of toe room but that was never a problem and I'm in and out and do it in 10 minutes. If you have to do this several times a day, you will find it easier. I've tried plastic bags and rubber bands with socks, all kinds of dog shoes that fall off or get lost in snowdrifts. Even the driver's secret, nothing fights the salt around my terrain and stays on my doggie feet like Pawz boots.
