I have these for training and they are fantastic for that. Because they hook onto your ear, you don't have to use a perfectly fitting earbud to keep it in place, meaning you can go a smaller size than you need to let in a little more outside noise to be aware of your surroundings be. or a larger size to keep out a little more noise at the gym. They stay in place pretty well even with glasses on, and the cord is short enough not to easily snag or tangle on anything. The mic seems to work well for phone calls, which I was concerned about as it's kind of dangling at the bottom. your ear The person I was talking to could hear me well with some background noise, but not as badly as over the speakerphone. The battery is said to last around 6 hours, and that seems pretty accurate. I'm not a music lover so I doubt it. I give top marks there because I honestly don't see any difference and don't want to mislead anyone. But it sounds good to me. No extra noise or distortion compared to the Sennheiser headphones I use to listen to music on my PC and maybe slightly better than the headphones that came with my phone with the added benefit of not 2-3 times per drop out.
