I ordered a set of 12 and 4 from this company. A set of 4 in real silver, just the right size and everything, goes perfectly with my silver china, I was so excited! I ordered a set of 12 (because I needed 16) when they arrived they were completely different. Color and size were different. Neither might be a big issue for some, but when I put them in the same place and with my china, it was for me! The color in the set of 12 is a duller blackish pewter and is approximately 1/4 size larger in height. The picture shows more real silver like the 4 I received. Maybe I've received many that the color is wrong, I don't know, but if you need it to match, you can order enough in advance to be sure. If you don't need it to match a specific silver or need multiple sets you'll probably be very happy, I'd be delighted. The napkin rings appear to be of good quality, do not bend easily and are heavier than expected. They have a very beautiful woven design. I'm just disappointed with the color and size I thought I was going to get and wanted to let others know if they need multiple sets like me.
