I like how easy it was for me as an administrator to set up my account. It also allowed us to have multiple users in one product which has been helpful when we are sending out large documents via email internally within our organization. The ability of being able to see all updates from different accounts under 1 umbrella makes things so much easier! We would love if there were more features added such as spell check (we noticed this recently) but overall everything works well enough as long as you know what each feature does already. We use grammarly mainly because it allows us to quickly proof read any document sent through internal processes without having to ask someone outside the department/team every time they send anything over. This has helped save alot of back end administration tasks while still improving quality across our orgs departments by making sure people do not overlook spelling mistakes.
