No need for a swivel and no increase in overall line height
It's just another hold, but it sinks 10 inches when you grab it with your first hand. He turns and doesn't turn. Holding to one side will take you 10 inches down and touching the bottom if you didn't set the main line height correctly. Regardless of your comfortable/safe height for attaching the main user lanyard, you may need to add 10 inches to overcome this obstacle. All obstacles end up higher when this is used.
