I don't have many other products to compare as I just happened to try this product and was completely satisfied with the results so I didn't look elsewhere. Within 4 weeks of starting strength training, I noticed some gains in muscle mass. I use a scoop of this with my whey protein every day; it mixes well with water and protein so it dissolves very smoothly. I haven't felt much pain since I started training and I know a lot of it has to do with creatine. I don't smell or taste so this product works for me in every way I need it to. I agree with what another person said about the bottle being too narrow making it difficult to reach the 2nd half of the powder. Seems such a simple solution.
