Review on DURABLE Cabinet Swing Out Aluminum 197023 by Mike Davan

Bought to replace another ambulance cabinet/metal cabinet bought about a year ago. Our old one (completely different first aid kit and manufacturer) had a pretty flimsy lock that eventually broke, although my husband repeatedly fixed it. This one is strong, with a strong lock. There are enough drawers for 6-7 prescription bottles each, including at least one large bottle. I find drawers more practical than our previous cabinet with standard shelves. That being said, we found that the bottles often fell out when we tried to move them to get the one we wanted. This model allows us to separate medicines by family members and store all the content while accessing what we need. I've found that writing the name of the medicine on the top of each bottle with a permanent marker makes things a little easier as you can't see the front labels when the medicines are in the box itself. They actually hold a lot more meds than I expected - they seem to last longer and we use them about 3-4 times a day with no problems. Very happy with the quality.
