Good quality but won't erase most of the time

Out of the box this is a pretty good quality product. Unfortunately, the "delete" function basically just doesn't work. As soon as I opened it I drew it and then hit the trash can button and basically the image I drew got erased by about 20%. I pressed the key a few more times and just couldn't erase it completely. I wrote on it several more times, and after 5 minutes there were only a lot of visible faded inscriptions on the screen, which in no way disappeared. Immediately returned as defective.
