Very clunky, uncomfortable and unobtrusive.
I had to check the dimensions of this item because it is huge. I expected it small but it is too big. I'm a big guy and this thing still looks like I'm wearing a giant breastplate. Wearing on the outside of a shirt looks ridiculous while wearing on the inside of a shirt is very uncomfortable and causes a huge rectangular bulge on the shirt.
