I was skeptical about buying a bag online but couldn't find one I liked so I took a chance and bought this one. When I opened it I was surprised at how well packaged it was. I bought the brown color it's a bit orange for my taste but I love it because it's so roomy the straps are a bit stiff but I'm sure they get softer and more flexible the more I use it and it seems very well made and will definitely serve its purpose for what I need it for. Next time I thought about buying black.
