Bought for my husband. He needs light slippers. He says they are too flat and fragile to step outside and yes I agree with them just by looking at them. They are a little firmer than slippers. But they look nice. But absolutely no support, the insole is totally flat and they don't fit very well. He says they rip off the backs of his feet since they are almost straight front to back. True to size but doesn't fit very well. Whether I would recommend them or not depends entirely on the price, which seems to depend on what size you order. If they're fifteen bucks, fine. Otherwise, there are plenty of cheap casual shoes out there.
