Very helpful customer support service!!
The best part of working with vayan soft was that they had great support staff who helped me solve my problems easily! They were always available for help via email/phone even when I wasn't there physically at their office location!! Nothing really comes across as negative about this product but it has been replaced by newer version so maybe thats why i'm not able give any feedbacks :) Overall very good experience though if u have doubts don' t hesitate because its totally worth giving them try. This solved our problem which we couldn’t resolve ourselves due lack time constraint etc.,.
Pros

- Very easy to use interface & features,
- Easy installation process.
- Good price tag compared other vendors in market place (like google apps)
Cons
- Some minor issues related some technical glitches like slow speed / lagging while using internet or accessing data files.
- Not much customization options
