Good idea but I couldn't sleep on it

I got this when my arm hurt so I could put my hand under it but since then I like to sleep on my side. The idea is good but the foam rubber isn't thick enough, the ear felt like a hard support underneath and I just couldn't fall asleep on it. I'll keep it and maybe find another thin pillow on it or add some more foam if I need it again.
