I'm sure they would be great for a kid or someone with fine hair. I had to send them back and got a refund. I had no problems with that.

Pros

The banana clip spring is strong and locks firmly, the clips are long enough to hold the hair without slipping out easily. Doesn't twitch or hurt, doesn't cause tension headaches
