These hats are very pretty, the only problem I have is that I wish they had a gel pad to put them on the to hold forehead. I toss and turn in my sleep and always wake up without it. Also if you want to keep your curls and have hair like mine I can't say if this works well because it keeps coming loose but I don't feel like it does much. I'm white, I have 3B curly hair, very fine hair that frizzes extremely easily, but on a good day it looks shiny relaxed curls when I use mousse and low humidity (my hair likes low humidity and cold). I've never managed to get through the night without looking like I woke up with a dead animal in my hair. The XD capsules seem to help a little but may not help if you have similar hair.
