Buyers beware Printer Ink and Toner

I learned the hard way! Don't read the reviews, they all say that the ink was good after the sale. I'm very disappointed that the colors aren't vibrant and don't even match what I'm printing. The cartridge also keeps saying it's in the wrong slot. I've exceeded the return deadline, how do I return it?
