Good light complements the surveillance camera.
This infrared LED works as described. The central beam is bright out to 200 feet, and the edges are less bright at an angle of about 60Β°. The case appears to be waterproof, but the power supply is a separate purchase and may need protection. For tracking critters in my field, it illuminates an area 50-100 feet away well. The center beam is too bright and the fading at the edges is a bit harsh. If you're looking for a strong spot, this should work.
