In addition, they were able to help me install several applications including Wordpress so that it worked with our e-commerce site. It could use some more options for additional services like email storage space etc. This would be great for those who do not have much technical knowledge to set up or manage their website/hosting themselves. We needed someone to provide professional maintenance services without having to hire another staff member. They provided us with a dedicated technician to maintain our server as well as other IT needs for our business.
