Seriously, I love this: 1) It was easy to install and assemble. 2) The cats liked to play with him. 3) Supports her weight. 4) It's so easy to use and play. 5) One of the items was lighter than the other, allowing the fluffy lumps to get out of the maze. But they kept coming back to the game even when they saw me put the toy back in the box. Now for the durability and firmness issues, and how I could still give it 5 stars: It's NOT the fluffy clumps' fault. Our 2 year old was a little eager (and a little jealous) for the new furry ball toy. She wanted to play with him, but she didn't have the patience of our cats. So she left him and trampled on him. After all, it's just cardboard and couldn't resist the power of the terrible two. However, the furry balls are very, very, very enjoyable and definitely held their weight (9lbs and 13lbs) and kept them busy for a while.
