Have been using this for about a year, love the radio function and mainly use it for that. I have found that it is necessary to leave the cable connected to the unit for the radio to work. It does not need to be connected to the wall, but the cable needs to be connected to the device. In recent months, the radio function regularly stopped working. There were times when I wanted to turn the volume down but was only able to change channels but couldn't turn off the speaker. Sometimes connecting to the wall helped, sometimes not. Yesterday I accidentally changed the channel, then the + and - buttons only adjusted the volume. Now I'm stuck on God's channel. These + and - buttons seem to change their function on their own. Pressing the mode button doesn't help. Otherwise no complaints
