Poor quality control, difficult assembly, defective parts.
The base to stand attachment is greatly offset by approximately 15 degrees. Many parts are included that should be discarded due to the size of the screws needed for different TV models. Complicated but easy assembly with lots of screws and washers. This can be overwhelming for some. The directions are clear enough, but the overall design differs from many of today's simple plug-in designs. I would have sent it back if the TV hadn't gotten to me within 30 minutes. If the manufacturer or seller reads this I would like to replace the glass base or get a substantial refund.
