Pretty good brushes!

I am once again updating this review as I just received my second set of these brushes today. As predicted, my daughters snagged my entire first set and I have to keep stealing them back from their bathroom. For the price, I decided to just let them keep my first set and get myself a new one. I have some more expensive brushes and I keep coming back to these, they just hold the make up better and I feel like I get much better results with them than others I have used. I also like that these are not super long, I am not painting a picture, I am trying to apply makeup smooshed up against my mirror. They are super soft and comfortable but the bristles have just enough stiffness to them that they are precise. I really recommend these. These brushes are just fine for my use. I am sure my collection will dwindle after my daughters start stealing them. Used a few to apply some eyeshadow and they are soft and worked fine. I am not a make up expert by any means, but I like what I like and these are nice.Updated to add- I have used these more for makeup and they are holding up well- no loose hairs coming off at all, which is nice. Sometimes with cheapies I have noticed hairs falling out making them useless. My oldest daughter has already found my new brushes and stolen a few to use for nail art. They also hold up well to acetone and nail polish.

Pros
  • Makes a great gift for anyone who loves makeup
Cons
  • The set does not include a brush for under-eye concealer
